Who these terms are between

These terms govern your use of glenisgassmann.com (the site) and any service you access through it. They form an agreement between you, the visitor, and GM Coaching Pty Ltd, an Australian company based on the Gold Coast, Queensland. In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to GM Coaching Pty Ltd; “Glenis” refers to Glenis Gassmann, the practice’s principal.

By using the site, booking a Discovery Call, or buying the book, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of the site

You are welcome to read, link to, and share the site for personal and professional purposes. A few things you may not do:

• ·Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract content from the site using automated tools.
• ·Reverse-engineer, probe, or attempt to disrupt the booking flow, payment flow, or any other part of the site’s infrastructure.
• ·Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the site.
• ·Use the site in any way that breaches Australian law or the rights of any other person.

Booking a Discovery Call

The Discovery Call is a thirty-minute conversation to see whether Glenis is the right fit for your business at this point. Booking the call is not an offer or contract for advisory services; it is an opportunity to talk first.

Glenis may decline to proceed beyond the Discovery Call for any reason, including capacity, fit, or scope. Where she does, she will say so directly.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us at least twenty-four hours notice through the booking confirmation email or by writing to hello@glenisgassmann.com. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may mean we are unable to offer you a future slot.

Buying the book

Why Knowing Isn’t Enough is sold through the /book page on this site. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your raw card number. All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated, and include GST where applicable.

The book is a digital download. Once your payment clears, we email you a link to download your copy; there is nothing to post, and no shipping address is collected at checkout.

Refunds and returns

Our refund policy is intentionally simple: if the book has not been opened or downloaded and you contact us within fourteen days of purchase, we will arrange a refund or replacement.

Because the book is a digital download, “opened or downloaded” means the download link has not been clicked. Once the link has been used, we are unable to offer a refund except where the Australian Consumer Law requires one.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the book arrives damaged, is significantly different from how it was described, or has a major fault, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair regardless of the fourteen-day window. To start a refund or replacement, email hello@glenisgassmann.com with your order details.

Intellectual property

The book, including its text, structure, diagrams, and accompanying materials, is the intellectual property of GM Coaching Pty Ltd or Glenis Gassmann and is protected by Australian and international copyright law.

The site itself, including its copy, design, photography, and branding, is also owned by or licensed to GM Coaching Pty Ltd. You may quote short passages with attribution for non-commercial purposes (a review, a blog post, a citation) but may not reproduce, redistribute, or republish substantial parts of the site or the book without our prior written permission.

Buying a copy of the book gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read it. It does not give you the right to resell it, redistribute it, or present its contents as your own work.

Disclaimers

Information on the site, in the book, and shared during a Discovery Call is offered as general business commentary based on Glenis’s experience. It is not financial, legal, tax, or psychological advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your specific circumstances.

Stories and examples on the site describe individual experiences. Your results will depend on factors specific to your business, including your own effort, your market, and conditions outside our control. We make no guarantee of any particular outcome.

The site is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, though we take reasonable steps to keep it secure and available.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, GM Coaching Pty Ltd and Glenis Gassmann are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, the book, or any conversation you have with us, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or data.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Australian law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

Third-party services and links

The site relies on a small set of third-party services to function. These are listed in our privacy notice, along with what each one sees and a link to its own policy. The site may also link out to other sites; we are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of those sites, and a link does not imply an endorsement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute arising under them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Where a change is material (for example, a change to the refund policy or to how disputes are handled), we will note the change here and, where practical, contact recent customers directly.
